US President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev have reached an outline agreement to cut back their nations' stockpiles of nuclear weapons.

Big deal, but they are only talking about cutting back, not getting rid of nuclear weapons?

I remember the last time the Soviets and the U.S.A. went through this charade, they left themselves with still enough nuclear bombs to destroy the Planet many times over.

So, Mr. President, gies a break!

Considering the destructive power of nuclear bombs, you know that your cutbacks of the stocks is a meaningless gesture.

By the way, are you going to Israel next, they are polluted with Nuclear Bombs, as well?
